# What Is Legion X?

LEGION X is a free to play immersive 2D space-shooter game powered by the Ethereum block chain.

It is a space where players will take part in the colonization of a distant resource-rich planet vying for control over the map, while enjoying a variety of game play mechanics from ship repair to space exploration and PVP game play.

By playing the game, players will join a growing community of space battles and quests to help expand their own alliance, and contribute to the game economy!
